  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping times and prices vary by location, but tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
  • Customs processing and local delivery delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.
Shipping Outside Aus
  • We are pleased to offer international shipping to our global community.
  • All international orders are processed and dispatched from Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note:

  • JHAIE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
  • JHAIE is also not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or international postal services. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide tracking so you can follow its journey home to you.

How To Return My Items?

At JHAIE, each piece is crafted with care and intention. We hope you feel a deep connection to your purchase, but if it isn’t quite right, please review our policy below.

Store Credit

Eligible returns will receive a store credit or refund when lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number)
  • Returns must be approved via email before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

To begin a return, please email us at hello@jhaie.com. We will provide the return address and next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us immediately at hello@jhaie.com so we can resolve the issue.

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised pieces
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you’d like a different piece, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) for store credit and placing a new order.
